Booking Term and Condition
Terms and Conditions
- Our rates are per person in FJD and requires a minimum of two full paying adult. This is applicable for scenic, resort transfers(certain sectors only) and adventure combo
- The prices which are quoted are subject to change and may vary due to events beyond our control, such as changes in taxes and fuel prices.
- Heli-Tours Fiji reserves the right to reschedule flights due to circumstances outside of our control such as weather and air traffic restrictions
- Credit Card Policy: Heli-Tours Fiji charges a 3.5% merchant fee on ALL major credit card with the exception of Union Pay at 3%. There are no fee on debit cards
- Weather: All of our flights are subject to weather and the pilot in command will have the final say on whether it’s deemed safe to proceed with a flight or not
Children Policy:
- Children 12years and over pay adult fare
- Children 3-11years pay child rate dependant on aircraft used for the trip (whether Robinson R44 or Twin Engine Squirrel)
- Children 0-2 years are FOC (can seat on parents lap provided that they are full paying adult)
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 72hours and more will see Heli-Tours Fiji offer a full refund
- Cancellation within 72hours, 50% of the total booking booked will be refunded
- Cancellation within 24hours will incur a full cancellation fee
- NO SHOW: No refund or credit will be given in whole or in part for No Shows
- Should Heli-Tours Fiji cancel the flight, then it will be rescheduled to a later time or in the event this cannot be rescheduled, a refund will be given. And should the trip cancel through no fault of the customer, it is expected that Heli-Tours Fiji will provide a full refund.
Weight Limit
Heli-Tours aircrafts has a maximum passenger weight of 136kg. In addition to this we also have a maximum total aircraft weight, therefore passengers 100kgs and over may be subject to an excess weight surcharge. It’s important that body weight be advised to our Reservations Team, at the time of the booking. Excess weight is FJD$10.00 per kg
Luggage Allowance
All of our flights are on-demand subject to availability. This includes a baggage allowance of 15kg per person (inclusive of carry on) Children between 2-23months have no luggage allowance.

Wonderful Birthday Present!
Our pilot was Fernando who enhanced what was already a memorable experience. We took a 40 min flight out over the off shore islands and returned to the mainland to cruise around the mountains and back over the airport to base. The view of the small islands from the helicopter was all that the Pacific can deliver – beautiful white sand, green lush vegetation, the waters of the reefs and the deep blue of the ocean itself. An absolutely stunning view when seen from a helicopter. Fernando was also very informative about living in Fiji and its customs in a post flight chat while waiting for the next passengers. Would thoroughly recommend this operation. Arrangements also included pick up and drop off.

EXCELLENT TRIP!
We organised this trip as a little something special during our trip to Fiji for our honeymoon. It was incredible.
The 10minute helicopter over to Tivua was beautiful and we arrived at the island with no one else there other than 3 members of staff. We just relaxed until the boat arrived and enjoyed some food. The snorkelling was amazing with lots of beautiful fish and nice to see the coral being replanted. There were also lots of black tip reef sharks close to shore.
The boat journey home was lovely and relaxing.
Also highly recommend and appreciated the kids club to allow us to snorkel while our son was looked after well.
Would highly recommend this trip to others.

The Surprise!
I contacted Heli Tours Fiji back in July regarding a surprise proposal + tour. I requested if possible doing a tour (that my partner knew of) and the proposal. Mary contacted me back to tailor a 25min tour and proposal to suit on a gorgeous remote sandbank with a message written in coral and bottle of champagne awaiting. Between Mary in admin and our Pilot Fernando they made this day absolutely perfect and couldn’t have asked for a better trip (plus my partner said “Yes”!

Great flying, great views, great experience.
This was a very special tour. We were staying on planatation island and our helicopter came and picked us up from there. Did a glorious flight back to the mainland and enjoyed stunning views of the sleeping giant, followed by the best meal we had on our holiday at the first landing resort.
Whilst the first landing resort doesn’t look like it is in the most glamorous location, the customer service was truly the best we had on our holiday and the kids thoroughly enjoyed splashing around in the pool and enjoying the local shop. While us parents relaxed with a couple of drinks before our helicopter returned and took us back to plantation.
