Booking Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation notice must be received in writing, the receipt of which needs to be verified by Heli-Tours (Fiji) Pte Limited. Cancellation by phone must be followed up in writing.
- Cancellations 72 hours (3 days) or more will see Heli-Tours (Fiji) Pte Limited offer a full refund.
- Cancellation within 72 hours (3 days), 50% of the total booking booked will be refunded.
- Cancellation within 24 hours will incur a full cancellation fee.
- No refund or credit will be given in whole or in part for No Shows
- Should Heli-Tours cancel the flight, then it will be rescheduled to a later time, or in the event this cannot be rescheduled, a refund will be given. Should the trip be canceled through no fault of the customer, it is expected that Heli-Tours (Fiji) Pte Limited will provide a full refund, and it is under the understanding that the booking agent will also refund the customer.
Timetable & Schedule
Heli-Tours operate upon demand, and non-scheduled flights are subject to availability. We fly typically within daylight hours. Please note that during the winter months from April to September, the daylight hours are shorter.
Weather & Safety
All our flights are subject to weather, and the pilot in command makes the final decision regarding the continuation of any flight and may terminate the flight at any time if he/she deem it unsafe to proceed.
Baggage Allowance: Maximum of 15kg per person on ALL transfer flights (STRICTLY within the luggage dimension for each aircraft type-R44 & AS355). There is no luggage allowance for scenic flights and adventure combos. Children under 2 years have no luggage allowance.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are covered in all respects by the laws of the Republic of the Fiji Islands, and any legal action arising under the contract shall be litigated only in the appropriate court having jurisdiction in Fiji.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend appropriate travel insurance for all our guests with Heli-Tours Fiji. To cover cancellation penalties levied because of inclement weather, air traffic control restrictions, unforeseen disruptions, cancellations, or in the event of illness, airline, or transportation delays.
Force Majeure
Heli-Tours Fiji shall be relieved of its obligation hereunder in the event and to the extent its performance of this agreement is delayed or prevented in whole or in part by any cause beyond its control, including, without limitation, acts of God, change of laws, war or hostilities (declared or not) civil unrest, fire, flood, earthquake or explosion, sale, strikes, lockouts or labor stoppages or any other circumstances beyond the control of the company that makes it impossible for the company to operate fully or partially
Exclusion of Liability
It is agreed that the company, Heli-Tours shall not be liable to the Wholesaler or any other person for any loss, damage, liability, expenses, or costs suffered or incurred by the Wholesaler or any member of any booking(s) including any loss, damages, liability, expenses, and costs arising from any loss of, damage to or theft or property unless such loss, damage, liability, expenses, and costs resulted directly from the gross negligence or willful default of the company
Jurisdiction/ Governing Law
It is expressly agreed and declared that the proper law of this agreement is the law of Fiji, that any disputes, actions, or other matters arising hereunder shall be determined in a court of law in Fiji under the laws and procedures of the Republic of the Fiji Islands, and the circumstances.

Wonderful Birthday Present!
Our pilot was Fernando who enhanced what was already a memorable experience. We took a 40 min flight out over the off shore islands and returned to the mainland to cruise around the mountains and back over the airport to base. The view of the small islands from the helicopter was all that the Pacific can deliver – beautiful white sand, green lush vegetation, the waters of the reefs and the deep blue of the ocean itself. An absolutely stunning view when seen from a helicopter. Fernando was also very informative about living in Fiji and its customs in a post flight chat while waiting for the next passengers. Would thoroughly recommend this operation. Arrangements also included pick up and drop off.

EXCELLENT TRIP!
We organised this trip as a little something special during our trip to Fiji for our honeymoon. It was incredible.
The 10minute helicopter over to Tivua was beautiful and we arrived at the island with no one else there other than 3 members of staff. We just relaxed until the boat arrived and enjoyed some food. The snorkelling was amazing with lots of beautiful fish and nice to see the coral being replanted. There were also lots of black tip reef sharks close to shore.
The boat journey home was lovely and relaxing.
Also highly recommend and appreciated the kids club to allow us to snorkel while our son was looked after well.
Would highly recommend this trip to others.

The Surprise!
I contacted Heli Tours Fiji back in July regarding a surprise proposal + tour. I requested if possible doing a tour (that my partner knew of) and the proposal. Mary contacted me back to tailor a 25min tour and proposal to suit on a gorgeous remote sandbank with a message written in coral and bottle of champagne awaiting. Between Mary in admin and our Pilot Fernando they made this day absolutely perfect and couldn’t have asked for a better trip (plus my partner said “Yes”!

Great flying, great views, great experience.
This was a very special tour. We were staying on planatation island and our helicopter came and picked us up from there. Did a glorious flight back to the mainland and enjoyed stunning views of the sleeping giant, followed by the best meal we had on our holiday at the first landing resort.
Whilst the first landing resort doesn’t look like it is in the most glamorous location, the customer service was truly the best we had on our holiday and the kids thoroughly enjoyed splashing around in the pool and enjoying the local shop. While us parents relaxed with a couple of drinks before our helicopter returned and took us back to plantation.
